In-Kind Donation CoordinatorOrganization: Leveling the Fields Commitment: 2–4 hours per week Reports to: Development Committee Chair Works Closely With: Programs Chair Position OverviewThe In-Kind Donation Coordinator secures non-cash donations that directly reduce program costs and support operations, including snacks, equipment, printing, apparel, and storage.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain a master list of in-kind donation needs and prospects. Conduct outreach to local businesses, national brands, and sport-specific organizations. Secure donations such as snacks, equipment, apparel, printing, storage, and merch. Coordinate logistics for receiving and storing donated items. Track all in-kind donations and ensure proper acknowledgment. Maintain ongoing relationships with recurring in-kind partners.
