Role: Senior Program Manager – AI & Digital Transformation
Location: Princeton, NJ
Role Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex technology programs, driving execution, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on leadership for end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Architecture, and Business functions. Drive AI and Digital Transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. Manage budgets, schedules, resource planning, dependencies, and program financials. Establish program governance, executive reporting, and KPI tracking to ensure successful delivery. Partner with senior client and business stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization.
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of Program Management experience with proven delivery ownership.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Engineering environments.
  • Deep expertise in Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred AI Experience:
  • Experience delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation programs.
  • Exposure to LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms.
  • Ability to translate AI innovations into real business outcomes and operational efficiencies.
  • Preferred Industry Experience:
  • Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Payments, or Insurance).Experience leading core modernization, digital banking, customer experience, data, regulatory, or AI transformation programs.
