Senior Human Resources Business Partner

What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on HR support to leaders and employees across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and other corporate functions Coach managers through employee relations, performance management, workplace issues, and day-to-day people decisions Support annual compensation, salary planning, performance management, and talent review cycles Partner on workforce planning, organizational changes, succession planning, and employee development Assist with recruiting needs, requisitions, hiring activities, and related HR processes Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence while remaining directly involved in execution Use HR systems, reporting, and workforce data to support business decisions Support HR technology initiatives and practical adoption of AI tools What We’re Looking For 8+ years of progressive HR experience Recent hands-on experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar role Strong experience personally handling employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and day-to-day HR matters Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Business Development, or other corporate functions strongly preferred Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated-industry background preferred Hands-on experience with compensation/salary planning, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational changes Sales incentive compensation experience is highly desirable Strong HR technology skills; Success Factors or similar HRIS experience is helpful Familiarity with AI tools or emerging HR technology is preferred Bachelor’s degree required Schedule & Compensation$75/hour Monday–Friday Onsite Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday Benefits available through Kelly Potential to convert to permanent employment within approximately 6–12 months based on performance and business needs This opportunity is best suited for an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner who enjoys working directly with leaders and employees and is comfortable balancing business partnership with hands-on HR execution.
