This position is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public spaces meet ROOST's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, elevated service.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to brand standards Change linens, make beds, restock amenities, and maintain in-room supplies Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols Support laundry operations as needed Uphold a warm, professional, guest-focused demeanor at all times QualificationsPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work independently and efficiently Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Weekend and holiday availability preferred What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay A supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth within Method Co.
