Responsibilities: Conducting factual investigations and discovery Preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base Experience in court proceedings The ideal candidate is a strong legal writer with experience working on cases involving design defects, construction defects, construction delay, mechanic’s liens and payment issues in the construction industry Candidate requirements:3+ years of Construction Litigation experience Strong experience across investigations and discovery, pleadings, depositions, arguing motions and client communication Excellent academic credentials The ability to effectively handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial

Certifications: Candidate ideally to be admitted and able to practice in Illinois.
