General Labor-Production Assist in the safe production of quality products by ensuring parts are moved through the production process efficiently and checked for quality. This includes: Line loading Repacking Visual Inspection Sorting Starting Wage: $17.00 We offer a 2nd shift differential of $2.50 per hour and 3rd shift differential of $3.00 per hour The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At ANBM, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow all company rules and regulations related to environmental, health, and safety. Safely operate pallet jacks to lift and transfer materials from one place to another. Supply components to hoppers, indexing poles or conveyors. Load parts from the basket to machine conveyor. Remove finished parts from the machines. Inspect as necessary and pack properly. Visually inspect components and parts for defects, sort and disassemble defect parts. Perform cleaning and 5S tasks. Education and/or Experience Able to read, write and speak English well enough to successfully pass safety training. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers. Ability to follow instructions. Concentrate on a task over several minutes without being distracted. Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern. Physically move objects safely by using proper lifting techniques.
