What Youll DoGreet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated Ensure timely completion of work and deliver vehicles with care Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals What Were Looking For Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but open to strong customer service backgrounds)Strong communication and sales skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid drivers license
