Senior Estimator: Lead Takeoff & Bid Excellence

McGough Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead take-offs, prepare comprehensive project estimates, and drive bidding success on commercial and industrial work. You will oversee estimation processes, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure accurate, timely submissions. Responsibilities include developing conceptual pricing, maintaining productivity guides, and supporting pursuit activities, owner and design team meetings.
