Transportation Assistant (School Bus Aide) - SubstituteCBSD is accepting applications for Substitute Transportation Assistants. The Transportation Assistant (School Bus Aide) will ride on a school bus and assist special needs students. Applicants must be in good physical condition as responsibilities include securing wheelchairs (including tie-downs), strapping a child into a safety vest and/or fastening a seat belt. Training provided. Applicants must be able to stoop, crawl, climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have patience and enjoy working with children.
