Capital Markets & Securities Associate (2-7 yrs)

Cooley LLP has an opportunity in its internationally recognized corporate practice; associates with two to seven years of capital markets and public securities experience are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have represented companies and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs, with a focus on tech, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors, and will have worked in a national or international law firm’s capital markets department.
