Location: Duncan, SC

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Second Shift 5:30PM to 5:30AM Assembler Job with Real Perks and Even Better People. Looking for Assembler jobs in Duncan where teamwork and craftsmanship come together? Job Duties: Assembly operators are responsible for constructing automotive mirror components on a machine. Their duties include assembling parts according to written and visual instructions, operating machinery for tasks like force fitting or fastening, and rotating between workstations as needed. Operators also perform daily startup checks, maintain cleanliness and organization through 5S practices, and complete necessary documentation such as production reports and quality checklists

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements: Ability to assemble products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or work instructions. Ability to read assembly instructions, production documents, or basic blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to inspect completed assemblies and identify quality concerns. Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to keep up with the assembly line cycle time to meet production needs Work in a team environment. Must be able to read, write, and speak English due to work instructions and work sheets at the beginning of every shift

Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment experience is preferred. Experience working with hand tools, production equipment, or mechanical assemblies is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, adaptability, and strong attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler. Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, products, or materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in warehouse and manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures. Standing entire shift
