Base Pay: $20.00/hour
Attendance Bonus: Up to $80/week Quality Bonus: $40/week (current program)
Referral Bonus: Up to $750 Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
ScheduleMonday Thursday4:00 AM 5:30 PMEnjoy a 3-day weekend every week! Work Environment This position is located in a temperature-controlled cold storage facility maintained at approximately 38F.The client provides: High-visibility safety vest Protective gloves for handling dry ice Employees should: Dress in warm layers Wear insulated footwear Be comfortable standing for extended periods
Job Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Prepare shipments in accordance with cold-chain requirements
  • Safely handle frozen gel packs and dry ice
  • Verify product quantities and order accuracy
  • Apply shipping labels and documentation
  • Meet daily productivity goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
  • Follow all company safety, food safety, and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a cold storage environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Previous warehouse, packing, fulfillment, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
