Head of Electrical Engineering - Hybrid, San Jose

Thomas Young Group in San Jose is seeking a Principal (Electrical Department Leader) to steer the electrical engineering group, oversee a team of 15 engineers and designers, and serve as Lead Electrical Engineer or Project Manager on diverse building projects. You will mentor staff, develop scopes, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and internal MEP teams, and ensure QA and compliance with current electrical codes.
