Director, Creator Growth & Brand Partnerships

Intermedia Group Inc. is seeking a Director, Creator Growth to lead the ongoing expansion of high-performing creators on our Brand Partnerships Platform. You will identify, recruit, and nurture performance-driven creators who drive affiliate sales and real commerce. This hands-on leader will build the strategy, playbook and team to scale creator acquisition, manage relationships with creators and brands, and optimize monetization, with a preference for in-office 2 days/week in NYC or LA.
