What You’ll Do: Meet with homeowners to understand their remodeling needs and goals Present bathroom remodeling solutions, including tub-to-shower conversions, tubs, showers, and other bathroom upgrades Conduct professional in-home consultations and guide homeowners through the buying process Build trust and create strong relationships with homeowners Close qualified opportunities using a consultative, one-call-close approach What It Takes to Succeed Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience Experience in home improvement, remodeling, HVAC, solar, or another in-home sales environment preferred Highly coachable and willing to continuously improve Comfortable working independently without constant supervision Strong work ethic and willingness to be held to a high performance standard Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance Who Is Scale House Talent?
