Key responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 support for healthcare integrations, troubleshooting live data feeds and participating in technical support calls
Work hands-on with HL7 standards to troubleshoot interfaces and ensure reliable data exchange between systems
Gather technical requirements and assist with building, configuring, testing, deploying, and monitoring integrations across the healthcare environment
Required qualifications:
Experience with healthcare integrations, interoperability, or interface support, with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems
Familiarity with HL7 CCDA/CCD, SQL, and/or Python is preferred
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data flows and production support
Experience with Mirth Connect or another healthcare interface engine is a plus
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for coding assistance and troubleshooting is advantageous
