Processor I

Work environment: The work area is cold and wet, with temperatures consistently ranging from 34F to 40F throughout the year. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions and willing to learn to operate an electric pallet jack. Steel, safety, or composite slip- and water-resistant boots are required.

Qualifications: One year of warehouse experience preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic arithmetic skills Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, bend, squat, push, pull, stand for extended periods Ability to work safely with sharp instruments Knowledge of produce and previous experience in a processing facility is helpful

Responsibilities: Efficiently process fresh cut orders, including cutting and packaging vegetables and other food products for next-day delivery Process fresh cut items and produce according to orders entered into the system Package items and prepare them for shipment to ensure timely delivery Maintain product quality standards Follow all safety rules and regulations Fulfill additional requests or instructions from the manager or supervisor
