Key responsibilities:
Oversee implementations related to product design and rate analysis within the Commercial Lines Pricing organization
Make strategic recommendations that impact pricing rates in the Commercial Auto sector
Develop and mentor analysts on the team while collaborating with cross-functional leadership
Required qualifications:
A minimum of six years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
OR a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience
Experience in pricing and/or product management is preferred
Prior leadership or mentorship experience with strong business acumen
Demonstrated ability to drive results and foster an inclusive work environment
