Express Employment Professionals – Canton is hiring Packers for our bakery client in Navarre. This growing facility produces breads, buns, and sweet bakery products enjoyed throughout the region. No experience is required — our client provides full training to motivated individuals. Candidates must be available for any shift, as shift assignment occurs at orientation.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare dough for bread, buns, and sweet treats
Perform visual inspections on bakery products
Support production tasks across various departments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow food safety and quality guidelines
Work assigned shifts and adapt to changing production needs
Qualifications:
Must be available for any shift (assignment at orientation)
Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and quality
