The ideal candidate will handle high-volume customer inquiries and process title documentation in a fast-paced call center environment. This role supports customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely completion of title-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to title inquiries. Process title transfers, releases, reassignments, and documentation per requirements. Research and resolve title discrepancies with proper documentation and follow-up. Provide customers clear information on title processes and requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, dealerships, lenders, and agencies. Maintain accurate records using title and loan systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience required; call center or title experience preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, title software, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with title regulations is a plus.
