A cafeteria worker provides healthy, appealing and nutritional meals to students and staff members in a clean and sanitary manner to meet the needs of each individual served.
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma/EquivalentBCI & FBI background checks Completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education Renhill Group can complete these for a fee if you do not already have them. Please call to make an appointment.
Necessary Skills:
Assist with receipt of deliveries Set up serving lines Assist with preparation of food Count/wrap money Prepare documentation for state and federal audits/reports Operate dishwasher Report shortages/spoiled products Follow menus Operate cash register Use commercial kitchen equipment Ability to move and lift up to 35 pounds Ability to stand, stoop, bend, stretch, reach Enrollment in School Employees Retirement System (SERS) with 14% employer match.
