Key responsibilities:
Oversee accounts payable and vendor operations, including invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and issue resolution
Manage accounts receivable processes, focusing on cash application, collections coordination, and working capital administration
Enhance internal controls and accounting policies while leading process improvement initiatives across transactional accounting
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
5+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance operations with supervisory responsibilities
Experience with ERP/accounting systems and payment platforms, with a preference for those who have improved finance processes
Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, including payment controls and cash application
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement practical process improvements in a high-volume environment
