Key Responsibilities: Design and architect multi-region AKS solutions aligned with organizational availability and disaster recovery requirementsImplement and manage GitOps workflows for infrastructure and application deployment automationConfigure and manage ingress controllers and load balancing solutions for secure traffic routing Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Azure AD, RBAC, and pod identityEstablish comprehensive observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and distributed tracingArchitect platform services and abstractions to enable developer productivity and operational excellenceRequired Skills & ExperienceMulti-region AKS: Expertise in designing and deploying AKS clusters across multiple Azure regions with proper failover, load balancing, and data consistency strategiesGitOps: Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools such as Flux, ArgoCD, or similar solutions for declarative infrastructure and application managementIngress: Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes ingress controllers, API gateways, and traffic management solutions for routing and load balancingIdentity: Deep understanding of Kubernetes identity and access management, Azure AD integration, RBAC, pod identities, and service accountsObservability: Expertise in implementing comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger, or Azure MonitorKubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, or equivalent) strongly preferredMinimum 5+ years of Kubernetes and container platform architecture experience
