Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of public accounting experience, experience conducting and overseeing large review engagements, and an active CPA.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Principal to oversee all assigned engagements including scheduling, job planning, and staffingResponsible for the work program and time budgetReview questionable engagement findingsPrepare and review financial statements, schedules, management letters, and tax returnsConduct an engagement evaluation report for each team memberCoordinate and monitor engagement budgetsSupport new businesses with entity selection and software implementationRepresent the firm at networking events and private functionsQualificationsEducation Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related disciplineActive CPA or JD
Experience Required:
8+ years of public accounting experience with a minimum of 2+ years working with construction or real estate clientsExperience overseeing large review engagement and auditsStrong communication skills both written and verbalKnowledge and proficiency with various accounting software
