IT Service Manager

IL Summary: Need for this is a smart IT service manager that can help manage, validate, and oversee the implementation - inclusive of project management, but also an understanding of the endpoint and Microsoft architecture, the cyber toolkit, and service delivery to help make it seamless, stand up our process, and get us to a place where we have the process repeatable & locked down. Day to day This person will be doing 30% project management, 30% overseeing the implementation, and 40% readiness of environments and creating a repeatable processMUST have strong exp with the Microsoft Tech stack and Services exp, the first 3 firms will be a straightforward takeover of their Microsoft Tenant Future firms that will be transitioned will not be as straightforward, they are all over the place with endpoint tools, IAM tools, reporting and dashboards, etc.

Requirements: Comm skills are imperative as they will be in front of high-level advisors and MSP stakeholders Needs to be able to easily translate the technical piece and build trust with internal stakeholders Looking for that consultant type of personality and approach Must have experience with Multisite implementations
