Veterinary ER Customer Experience Specialist

The Veterinary Emergency Group is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to shape the customer's journey through service, focus, and participation. You will be outgoing and personable, treating every interaction with professionalism and a YES attitude toward pets and their families. In this role, you will grow within our ER-driven culture, manage calls, emails, and payments, and support nurses and doctors to deliver seamless care.
