Founding Operator/Chief of Staff

What you will do: Own critical projects from conception through implementation. Connect the dots across go-to-market, product, operations, finance, and hiring. Apply versatility, initiative, and good judgment in a fast-paced environment. Learn rapidly about AI technology and startup building.

Requirements: Five or more years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or investment banking. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Clear written and verbal communication, organisation, and attention to detail. The initiative to spot what needs doing and take full ownership.

Nice to have: Experience working directly with founders or senior leaders in a high-growth environment. Experience across go-to-market, product, operations, finance, or hiring.
