Fluid Power Pump and Motor ManufacturingFluid Power Cylinder and Actuator ManufacturingAll Other Industrial Machinery ManufacturingBuild Shop Technician Hydraulic Supply Company (HSC), a division of Motion Industries, is seeking a Build Shop Technician in West Palm Beach, Florida to work in our Build Shop facility assembling hydraulic and electric assemblies for our customers. This is an opportunity for a motivated and talented candidate to grow with a great team and a very successful company.
Job Duties:
Build hydraulic and electrical customer assemblies Operate Hydraulic Test Stand for functional tests as required Receive and put away inventory Prepare orders for shipment (packing, palletizing, etc.)Interact with computer system to generate inventory pick lists, process orders, shipping, and manage upcoming orders
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Mechanical aptitude Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Attention to detail Fluid power experience a plus Work consists of standing at a workbench most of the day Familiarity with common office software applications (Outlook, Word, etc.)Willingness to learn and develop new skills as required
Physical Demands:
