As the Mountain West's largest wholesale jewelry designer, our work can be found in many of North America's finest jewelry stores. We are looking for full-time Jewelry Finishers to join our team. No previous jewelry experience is required-we'll provide the training you need to succeed. What You'll Earn
Starting pay: $19.00/hour
Opportunity to earn up to $7,000 in first-year bonuses After one year, Journeyman Finishers can earn $21+ per hour Generous tuition reimbursement program Competitive benefits package
What You'll Do:
As a Jewelry Finisher, you'll learn and perform a variety of skilled processes to transform rings into beautiful, finished pieces ready for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a variety of tools and production equipment
- Working with different materials and jewelry components
- Learning and performing dozens of unique finishing processes
- Performing basic quality checks and testing
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Standing and working on your feet for extended periods
- Working both independently and as part of a team
