Job Summary: A beautiful hotel in Dania Beach is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This position combines exceptional guest service with nightly accounting responsibilities to ensure a seamless transition between business days. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during overnight hours. Complete guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately and efficiently. Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance the cash drawer. Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions. Generate and distribute required nightly reports for hotel management. Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Monitor hotel security by maintaining awareness of guests, visitors, and building activity during overnight hours. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding guest requests and operational needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally while following established protocols.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work overnight hours in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
