Higher Education Benefits & Leave Specialist

Colorado College is seeking a Benefits & Leave Administrator to support the implementation, administration, and communication of employee benefit plans and programs. You will provide day-to-day benefit services for active employees and retirees, and liaise with insurers and vendors to ensure smooth operations. The role covers FMLA, workers' compensation, tuition reimbursement, and monthly plan funding reconciliations, reporting to Human Resources on a statewide Main Campus.
