You will own capital projects and equipment work from Front End Loading through install and debug, while supporting maintenance, reliability, and plant safety.
Responsibilities:
Lead capital projects: Front End Loading studies, design, estimates, cost control, bidding, scheduling, install, and debug Support equipment installations, modifications, and plant engineering needs Analyze repetitive failures and design practical fixes that cut downtime and maintenance cost Assess replacement programs, maintenance tools/skills, and equipment safety hazards Measure equipment performance against production needs and implement improvements on the floor Help set maintenance budgets and short-/long-range plant objectives Support training for employees, contractors, and agency staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering 2+ years progressive project engineering in a heavy industrial environment Knowledge of plant construction, building work, and equipment installationOSHA / EPA familiarity preferred
