What You’ll Do: As an Inspector Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to inspect homes for: Rodent activity and damage Termite infestations Moisture-related issues Structural vulnerabilities You’ll educate homeowners on your findings, recommend the right solutions, and help customers protect what matters most. This is a consultative, face-to-face sales role focused on building trust and delivering an outstanding customer experience. What a Typical Day Looks Like Drive to scheduled inspection appointments Perform thorough home inspections in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas Identify pest or moisture-related concerns Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners Document inspection results professionally Help customers choose solutions that fit their needs Achieve personal sales goals while representing Alta with professionalism Every day is different, and every appointment gives you the opportunity to grow your confidence, communication skills, and income.
