Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Maintenance Manager for one of the oldest and most respected funeral homes in Delaware. Our client is a family-owned business with four funeral home locations (New Castle, Newark, Delaware City and Middletown). The position is full-time with a mandatory on-call requirement of at least one week a time. The candidate must be skilled and experienced in building and grounds maintenance, and be meticulous, detail-driven, and proactive about maintenance issues. The candidate must also be comfortable handling decedents and will have a mandatory on-call schedule for removals.
Requirements:
Skilled in facility maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing work, HVAC, lighting, painting, and exterior upkeep Familiarity with tools of the trade Excellent organizational skills and time management with the ability to rank and prioritize multiple projects at onceMUST have a car Send resume to Joseph. Hourly employees who work over 40 hours a week will be paid time and a half. The on-call rotation begins Monday at 4:30pm through Monday at 8:00 am. $200 retainer for being on call plus $125 to $175 for removals.
