Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Equity Sales professional (Series 7 licensed) for our flagship Boca Raton Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying super accredited high net worth investors and institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices)
- Marketing the firm’s equity transactions and venture capital private placements. Offering corporate access to investors
- Booking and managing deal and non-deal roadshows in the US and overseas
This role requires strong collaboration with the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
Compensation:
Starting base salary of $35,360 with the opportunity to earn much more through commissions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, Florida
- Prior sales or relevant experience is a plus
Series 7 is a plus but not required. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Compensation:
