Construction Material Testing seeks licensed Professional Engineers who excel in business development and technical workload. You will manage client relationships, perform engineering review, and seal reports while guiding lab teams in Sugar Land’s support network. You will travel to client offices and jobsites in your market, develop proposals, price work, and close opportunities. A valid PE license and a track record in materials testing are required.
