Director of Finance

The Director of Finance has a key leadership role responsible for the financial health and success of the company. You will provide strategic fiscal guidance and ensure government contract compliance. Strategic Financial & Operations Leadership Executive Strategy: Drive long‑range planning, market analysis, and forecasting to guide company growth and decision‑making. Financial Integrity: Oversee monthly and year‑end closing, financial reporting, and the development of robust, scalable internal controls. Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team across finance and accounting, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Contracting & Compliance Government Expert: Ensure absolute compliance with FAR, DFAR, TINA, CAS, and ITAR standards for all government contracts. Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating commercial and government contracts, balancing technical specifications with financial bottom‑line goals. Relationship Management: Manage external partners, including banking, insurance, and major subcontractors, ensuring seamless flow‑down of contract requirements. Cost Management: Oversee labor and material standards and manage "Estimate to Complete" (ETC) metrics for all programs. All other duties assigned by manager.
