Remote Hospice Access Physician (Part-Time)

Chapters Health System is seeking a Remote Hospice Access Physician in Oregon for a part-time role to ensure timely access to hospice care. You will provide physician direction to admissions staff, review patient information, and determine eligibility for hospice services, while overseeing certifications and clinical narratives. The role requires MD/DO, Florida license with multi-state willingness, active DEA, BLS, and 5+ years' experience (Hospice&Palliative preferred).
