Fisher Phillips’s New Jersey office is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 5+ years of defense-side complex litigation experience to manage matters independently and contribute to firm growth. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing discovery and e-discovery, handling motions, depositions, mediations and trials, and mentoring junior attorneys. Bar admissions in NJ and NY required; employment law experience preferred but not required.
