About the Role:
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Project Management to take on a pivotal executive leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Project Managers and Preconstruction professionals, overseeing the execution of multiple commercial masonry, EIFS, and stucco projects, and ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the targeted profit margins. This role demands a leader with a strong background in commercial construction, particularly in commercial masonry, who can drive operational excellence, improve processes, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Applicants for the Vice President of Project Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive project management experience in commercial construction, with a preference for those with a background in commercial masonry. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing Project Managers, overseeing multiple concurrent projects, and a strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to represent the company in various professional settings, and experience with construction management software. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also preferred.
