Remote CAD Team Lead – Glass & Interior Partitions

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a CAD Engineers Team Lead to manage interior glass partitions and production drawings. The role requires strong CAD proficiency (AutoCAD 2D, Solid Works 3D), English and Russian/Ukrainian language skills, and 2–3+ years as a project engineer. You will mentor engineers, lead daily/weekly team syncs, and optimize workflows in a remote, full-time B2B setup. Work hours are 8:30am–5:00pm EST with no flexibility, in a remote-capable environment.
