Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and monitor enrollment targets
Hire, train, and coach the enrollment team to enhance performance and meet targets
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Minimum of 5 years experience in Clinical Operations, Sales, or similar fields
Experience managing remote teams with a focus on coaching and performance management
Proven ability to drive productivity and meet organizational goals in a virtual environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to identifying solutions
