Field Operations Manager, Multifamily Construction

Spyglass Talent Solutions, a retained recruitment firm, has been engaged by a confidential client to conduct a search for a Field Operations Manager based in North Carolina. Our client is an established and growing manufacturer in the construction industry, specializing in the sale and installation of their products. They are known for their commitment to quality and a supportive, team-oriented culture. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Field Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations and serve as the on-site execution lead for multifamily construction projects. The Field Operations Manager will manage day-to-day site operations and serve as the primary point of contact between the assigned field foreman, subcontractors, superintendents, and project owners. This role requires field presence, strong communication, and the ability to translate project planning into on-site execution while maintaining quality and schedule standards.
