Youth Engagement Specialist (Part-Time)

Covenant House New Jersey seeks a Youth Engagement Support Staff (YESS) for Asbury Park. This part-time role focuses on engaging young people, crisis de-escalation, and collaborative case management within a strength-based, trauma-informed framework. You will document progress in HMIS/ETO, facilitate activities, and support success plan goals while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment in a multi-disciplinary team.
