About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a SNF setting. This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New grads encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do: Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OTAssist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OTDocument treatments accurately

Qualifications: Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program Active (or pending) state COTA licenseSNF experience preferred, not required
