Your Responsibilities: Select products for customer orders using preparation orders and a radio frequency (RF) scanner Move completed orders to designated preparation areas Verify that items and orders are correct Scan and open orders in the warehouse system Select and assemble boxes of the appropriate size Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds Operate a pallet jack when necessary Help load full pallets for shipment Assist the Distribution team in meeting daily production goals and shipping deadlines

What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Great attention to detail and accuracy of orders Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift Ability to lift and move items up to 60 pounds Availability to work overtime when business needs require Previous experience in warehouse, order picking, and packing, RF scanner use, or receiving merchandise is valued Experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required Why Join Refrigi Wear During The Season?
