Associate Director, ER Strategy & Compliance — Remote

Texas Oncology is seeking an Associate Director, Employee Relations to provide senior-level oversight of ER strategy and act as trusted advisor to Legal and HR leadership. You will lead a team of 5-6 ER professionals and drive risk-informed decisions across the organization. You’ll partner with Legal, Compliance and HR to address complex investigations, maintain policy playbooks, and translate data into prevention strategies.
