Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across highly specialized technical and analytical positions, as well as select corporate-level openings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing hard-to-find talent and engaging passive candidates within competitive markets. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for specialized technical, analytical, and corporate-level positions. Source and engage candidates for roles involving data analytics, AI, quantitative analysis, cloud/AWS technologies, strategy, and business insights as well as supporting corporate roles. Manage multiple and potentially high-volume requisitions while prioritizing hiring needs and meeting established recruiting goals. Conduct proactive market research and continuously expand networks of qualified passive and active candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide recommendations throughout the hiring process. Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to leadership and key business stakeholders. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, evaluations, and other recruiting logistics to ensure an efficient process. Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the ATS.Track recruiting activity, pipeline performance, and hiring results and communicate insights to key stakeholders. Gather feedback from hiring teams and candidates to identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience. Support offer discussions and negotiations while balancing candidate expectations with organizational requirements.

Qualifications: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes across multiple functions and organizational levels. Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and attract highly specialized and difficult-to-find talent. Experience recruiting for data analytics, technology, AI, quantitative, cloud, AWS, or other highly technical positions is strongly preferred. Background recruiting for a combination of technical and corporate functions such as HR, administration, business operations, strategy, or related areas. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong understanding of talent markets, candidate pipelines, and proactive recruiting strategies. Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Ability to use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement. Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
