Automotive Test & Validation Technician

Have Qualifications: 1. Automotive Mechanical Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive repair, maintenance, or vehicle modification experience. Ability to disassemble and reassemble vehicle components with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of vehicle systems and operation.2. Strong Mechanical Aptitude Experience diagnosing mechanical issues. Comfortable working with vehicle components, tools, and testing equipment. Ability to perform overhead, underbody, and under-dash work.3. Computer Proficiency Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based systems. Ability to document testing activities and results accurately. Experience navigating diagnostic software and electronic service information systems. Typical Day Attend daily team and safety meetings. Receive assignments and testing priorities. Set up and execute vehicle dynamics tests. Conduct water, dust, and airflow intrusion evaluations. Analyze vehicle performance and identify failure points. Disassemble and inspect vehicle systems as needed. Document results and communicate findings to engineering teams. Support multiple test programs while collaborating with teammates.

Required Qualifications: Education High School Diploma required. Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred. Experience 2-5 years of mechanical and/or electrical hands-on experience. Automotive service, dealership, testing, prototype, or development experience preferred.
