Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Venture Capital Managing Partner will provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes while supporting healthcare startups in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across areas such as clinical care, digital health, biotech, and healthcare AI

Required qualifications: Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
